    Don't question, just do it! The platform was truly easy to use and check for updates. The entire Paddio team from Jacob Travis, Chris Hsu and our RE Agent Joelle Sagner were not only impressive but key to being able to close on our home a short period of time.     OMG! Where to start? We started from the very beginning telling this company we were self-employed. Since it was before April 15, 2020 we had options on how to file our taxes as a one owner LLC. We could file it all as our personal taxes and file a 1040 with a Schedule C or file the LLC separately. At the urging of Dustin Sullens' boss, whoever he is, we filed everything together using a Schedule C. "All I am worried about is the Schedule C!" Verbatim, heard him talking in the background. Then comes hundreds of hoops and hours of paperwork uploads to reopen the loan and add my spouse to the application after being told all along they didn't need him. Then comes clueless Ikram who obviously never communicated with Dustin. Close to a year later and hours of work and a few thousand of dollars spent because of them, we were denied! We could of gotten a different mortgage all along but we listened to them. What a joke! They are not for the self employed for sure! Note: We had the Credit Score, the income and jumped through each and every little hoop they asked. They pretty much screwed us over, we lost time and money! We are very unhappy with their service!

    I was contacted after filling out an online application. Shawn Condra set up a date to call me, and he didn't. I sent him a message informing him that he didn't call me, and he said he forgot to put me on his calendar. The call was rescheduled. On the phone, he stated that he will run the numbers and get back to me. He never contacted me after that. I just received an email saying that my file was closed. I have already talked to a local lender that was far more professional, didn't make assumptions about my financials, and took the time to gather pertinent information. They told me I will easily qualify with my high credit score and income. Paddio was a waste of a hard inquiry, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them, especially if Shawn Condra is assigned as their loan officer. Edit: After getting a few one-star reviews that dropped them down to a 4.1, they flooded Google reviews the day after with five-star reviews. Whenever you see a flood of positive reviews on the same day, the review score is being manipulated and is, therefore, unreliable.
