I recently worked with Raeda and her team on purchasing a house and they all went above and beyond to help me out. They were always prompt and answered all my questions. I will never go to another mortgage group after working with Pacific Mortgage.

I am in the process of refinancing and this company got my information from the credit bureau supposedly which is fine I get it. However, they’ve neglected to have any common decency or courtesy for others. They proceeded to call me 5 times in the course of 3 hours while I’m on vacation in Mexico. I finally answered and a girl named Jessica was there eagerly waiting to sink her claws into me. I told her please stop calling I’m not interested and that I’m already in contract. And I said you’ve called me 5 times today and she proceeded to tell me in a rude privileged voice that she only called once. NOT MY PROBLEM... if your company was reputable you would have documentation on how many times you contact a customer so that you don’t bombard them when they’re busy! I would never think twice to work with a company that has unprofessional employees who only care about getting a sale instead of helping people. I would never recommend this garbage company to handle any important financial decision EVER. This is the first set of 3 of 5 calls. The other two came an hour and then thirty minutes after that.

they are honest, professionally and competent with good rate and quick turn around . i would use them a gain.

Horrible. They call every 10 minutes if you don't answer the first time... low key harresment.. and not even sure how they got my number but I didn't ask for their services!
