    Potlatch touched my Mother's money. They never should touch anyones money. I had power of attorney when she passed. She owed no one anything.

    At first I gave a low mark because of long hold times and then the rep couldn't answer a question regarding the insurance tracking location. She offered a call back...I asked when I might expect a call back. I was told two days...business days! However, I received a call from Pam within the hour. She was able to assist in taking care of a concern for a mutual client. Pam S. turned things around and I appreciate her service and follow-through.

    Dont expect them to do anything but transfer you over seas when you account has fraudulent charges. "Getting you money back will take up to 30 days" They have zero consumer protection. For working class that need there money so they dont lose there house. Dont count on P1FCU. Local operators are very nice but when they cannot provide you with assistance they just transfer you. They just dont stand behind there customers.

    I have never been treated so poorly from a financial institution in my entire life! I wouldn’t recommend this credit union to anyone! Not even my worst enemy! All I was trying to do is pay off my car, and close my account. But NO ONE would give me help! They are absolutely terrible! Giving them 1 Star was a struggle, and not even true!

    Extremely responsive and their online chat is great. Online banking is pretty smooth and they have electronic check depositing through their phone app. Also have the lowest vehicle rates around and decent money market/CDs.

    I have been a member here for 2 and a half years, I have never gotten great, nor terrible service until now. This place is a joke. My debit card expired on the 31st of December, so I called on the 3rd of December, they told me yes the replacement card is on the way. Half way through December I call again, oh yeah it was sent you should be getting it soon. End of December comes around I go to the branch and they Rush order a new card on the 31st, they guaranteed my card be there by today 1/6/20 ( a month and 3 days after my first call ) and I show up today to get it. Guess what? Someone got the flu so my card was forgotten. Now I won't have it for another week. Once it comes in, and I have time off from work I will be closing my account. This has been a nightmare. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

    They will continue to charge you insurance on your vehicle even if you get a policy. They charge a “$12 convenience fee” for using your credit or debit card to pay a bill. You have to use cash to pay that bill at the actual branch location. Forcing you to get a fee from their ATM if you don’t use Potlatch as your primary bank. THEN each time you call they will give you a 2 minute speech asking you permission to run your card after you’ve already been on hold for 20 minuets.
