Ouachita Valley Federal Credit Union Natchitoches St, West Monroe

I cannot say enough about how well I was taken care of this month by Ouachita Valley. I always finance my vehicles through OVFCU and I have never had any issues, but this most recent purchase- Vallery Moore went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! Not only did she guide me through every step of what I needed to do for my benefit, but She stayed until after close until 6 PM on a Friday finishing up my loan (that I walked in at 4:45 to just sign) She went the extra mile and stayed late so I didn’t have to wait until Monday to get my new Bronco… I could go on and on about how great she treated me… she genuinely takes care of her members…

I have been a customer for over 8 yrs great service! Good people to work with ,technology is catching up! There service is better than our traditional bank!

I see everyone agrees you would think the main branch would be professional if all other branches failed it’s not. The AA employees are the rudest most Jealous individuals you could have in banking especially against their own color. It may be because of the seniority they feel of handling others money, or maybe just the position is one they’ve never had so they treat customers rude out of pure excitement either way it’s sad when your money is streets over but you have to drive to another town just to get decent customer service. No eye roll, no evil stares, no laughs amongst each other, no bad rude attitude. When I bank search it’ll never be any company linked to this company or this company ever again. They’ve started hiring anyone. The minute I walk into a bank and the energy is off and dark I’m walking tf out.

I currently have an account with this terrible bank. Please if you are reading this don't opening an account with this bank. I am struggling as it is to feed my family as a single widow mother and they refuse to give me my money. Why I don't know they acknowledge that I am suppose to receive it but will not release until they feel like it basically. Isn't this consider a crime? I want my money so I can closed this account. This is not a federal bank by the way.

I would not do business with them again. I am currently looking to refinance elsewhere just to be able to get my loan away from them. They have shady business practices. Tell you one thing and do something different on paper but it is still legal. Be very cautious.

It's my credit union so of course I like it.

The customer service is totally outstanding. They are friendly and helpful. Financial services are timely and fair. The technology has improved and now surpassed other credit unions in our area.

Failed to send us our title or release the lien. No record of our acct?!? Had trouble getting anyone to help us, all passing the buck. Unable to trade without this being corrected.
