Orange County’s Credit Union - Huntington Beach Adams Ave, Huntington Beach

Amazing staff, amazing loan rates, incredibly easy refi process. I’ve typically disliked everyone I have banked with in the past but OCCU, and especially their Huntington team (and Cori Sanchez!), have been absolutely outstanding. You all are amazing! Thank you!

Staff has always been very helpful. If I've had questions, they get answered, right away. I've been banking with them for a few years, and definitely pleased.

I’ve been using OCCU to many years and the people are Always Very Good with me so the bad rate people are probably just that difficult type or think they are special, the kind u just want to go away

**I'll try not to write a book about it !! I have been to several Banks and some credit unions and seen what they offer & the way they do business. I'm a very experienced person when it comes to financial situations & settings. I've referred a few people in the past to Orange County Credit Union because I've research and learn what they offer compared to other Banks and unions. I finally stepped into the cloud myself. (Fountain Valley branch) *I'm glad I did. I went in for a loan & my experience was much better than I expected. It was a pleasure being assisted by "Jennifer" so she would qualify me and set up my loan. The experience was very good and I didn't feel over scrutinized and everything went pretty smooth. She was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and went over and Beyond for my request$ and needs. The loan officer "ARI" that reviewed my file in an urgency reque$t seemed to be understanding of my situation. She made several extra allowances for what I wanted, that I'm *very glad we're done. Overall, I can say "I got my cake and eat it too" and I didn't step into the wrong situation, from the other choices I had on my list of banks. The Manager "Jenny" runs a pretty tight ship and everything's pretty smooth in the bank. They all have uniform of alike qualities. I had a pleasure dealing with her as well. I made sure that I expressed how happy & satisfied I was with the quality and outstanding level of business etiquette that I received. If you meet their basic qualifications to join Orange County Credit Union, I *highly recommend+ that you consider them above other Banks or Unions..

Who ever was training Abbi today had a horrible attitude and horrible energy. As far as him He was nice.. I'll never be back to this branch.

Wow, can't say enough about Jenny H. She came in clutch, making things happen on Friday after. We were so surprised, that all out loan process was dune in mere minutes. 10/10 service.

I'm very disappointed on how the bankers here treat their customers. Extremely unhelpful and not willing to extend any type solution to my problem. If your looking for a bank who wants to go that extra mile for the customer, you won't find that here. Highly advise to shop somewhere else.

If like to know who REALLY is the manager of this location. I doubt very much it was the lady at the teller window,giving all sorts of wrongful information.

Noorull Zaher is first person when I went for first time to credit union. She did help and advice me for taking loans like she does for Family members. Very honest and professional. Answer all my questions patiently and help me through taking loan process. I suggest her to anyone that go to this branch.

March 28th 2020 at 7:38 p.m. Saturday your ATM machine at the fountain valley branch display is not working and I cannot get any money out of machine this is really a bummer cuz I need money for tonight is there a plan b a ATM machine for mOrange county credit Unions close by
