Many events of 2020 made me apprehensive about obtaining a reverse mortgage. I talked to many companies, was submitted stacks of paperwork, and had a lot of offers. Nothing felt quite right Then I met Ms Catalina Gonzalez. Ms Gonzalez took me literally by my hand and taught me many of the nuances of the reverse mortgage options. She even explained that sometimes as much as you try, there are still hurdles to have to endure...such as extra info or missing deadlines, miscommunication, etc.. In my opinion, I consider Ms Gonzalez to be excellence personified. She guided me through a crazy and uncertain time in my life and I came out of it being able to enjoy my last few years in the home I grew up in as a child.
