    I don't understand theirs customer service- we do have multiple accounts with On Point- here what happened. For a multiple times I'm calling direct to customer service and asking to call me back(leaving my number) yes, they do call back in 20-30 min, no problem. For some reason phone got disconnected and they never call you back again; It does take me again and another 30 min. I try already two days on the row and they don't call me back. What is the problem? It is much faster for customer service rep to call me- because for me it is not that simple. I don't want to recommend On Point any more. Very disappointed

    Long lines all the time. Seems like they have new tellers every couple weeks. The branch manager Jody was rude not only to me but the teller who was trying to help me. Even when you want to just deposit a check the tellers harass you to open up another account. I closed my accounts and went with Unitus, and never looked back.

    Ive banked with Onpoint since they first opened and I've slowly watched their service decline especially in recent years. I made the mistake of opening my business account there instead of a bank like Key bank and have recently experience some of the worst disorganized service I have ever experienced. So I'm pulling all of my funds out of onppint and voicing my experience to others in my small business group in the area who will also be pulling out. Do not bank here!

    Denied a credit card for 500 dollars, I mean my credit score is only 750, and I have no credit card debt at all, my Capitol one card is only for 10 grand, and my wells card is only for 11 grand, so I can understand why giving me any credit would be reckless.....

    I am removing a star....Used to be 5 star...Why am I removing a star? When the lines are long it seems that the tellers have ZERO incentive of going fast and being efficient. Every teller is talking chit chat "Oh how is your life" to each person that comes up to them when there are 30+ people in line. This place is great, but when it gets busy, the life stories, and personal interaction needs to halt...and work on getting each person through really fast.

    Ive been a loyal OnPoint member for several years and have never had an issue until recently. A few weeks ago I had worst experience with their auto loan representative Xiemara. She can hardly speak a lick of English and she's handling LOANS. I'm just a young student and was looking to discuss if I can qualify for an auto loan. I didn't want to file any application, I was looking to get a general quote/idea. Not only was she rude during our interaction, she misunderstood what I was there for. Instead she was asking me information to submit an application and then sent it for review WITHOUT completing it and WITHOUT my permission. Are you kidding me!? When I tried to call her about her mistake (which severely dropped the credit score I've been working so hard to slowly build up) she argued with me over the phone, gave a snappy "sorry" and hung up on me! I will now never go to the Gresham branch for a loan or quote of any kind because of her. I cannot believe they have someone working in that department when she can barely understand her English-speaking clients needs.

    Destiny had to be one of the best tellers here jamd walked me through my online set up for I'm. Not electronic savvy at all she was so kind and helpful reminded me there are still, "Good People" in this world I will definitely return to this location Cause even as I looked around all the other tellers as well such happy clean environment I really enjoyed my banking experience today, Thank you Gresham Onpoint

    The bank used to be great. Now it seems customer service staff need training or hire nice people. You can hear the "entitlement" of many of the cust reps voice. I would give them a C-. Some reps who provide service are demeaning, unprofessional, tone of voice sounds pompous and if customer doesn't like it too bad. If you ask for a mgr, be prepared to hold long time and give up. I spent nearly 1.5 hrs trying to get a new password for an encrypted bank letter. Ridiculous. Makeover, to no availil!!! I am very disappointed in my bank.

    So appreciative on OnPoint's involvement with the community distributing Oregon's Covid Relief Funds for the Gresham community. Staff were very friendly and helpful even through the backlog created from distributing relief funds. 10/10 would recommend this location.
