Went there Saturday May 7th atm was not working so really young blonde lady helped me but she was clearly in a bad mood worst employee I have ever encountered there. Was not friendly at all silent the whole time. She should not be working there. Just counted my money out and was silent, didn't smile or talk was very uncomfortable feeling. I will never go back to the Burton branch unless she is gone.

Fuggedaboudit. Their app doesn’t work. They’ll keep you on hold forever and then disconnect you. Even the people in the lobby can’t get stuff right. There are other places to bank. Run away.
Java, Thanks for your feedback. We consistently prioritize creating an excellent mobile experience and our app currently has a 4.6 rating with over 11k reviews. Although not perfect, many of our members appreciate how we have found a balance between essential banking technology and personal service. We're sorry to hear that you disagree. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else and we wish you well on your financial journey. Sincerely, -OnPoint

I hate this bank!! In a 9:30 morning I walk in to do a wire transfer Had to go thru few different people first Then ask them if they can process it as soon as they can because it very important Been told it will go right away But it went out next day, and because of that it cost me bunch of money Won’t ever do a wire thru this Sketchy establishment again

I have been a member of OnPoint for a little over two years now and every visit I make here the people are so kind to me. I recently needed to finance my leased vehicle and the service I received was exceptional. Leia Daranouvong was the person in charge of my loan and she made this experience significantly less stressful for a first time borrower. Overall, this credit union has never failed to be thoughtful and kind with the service they provide.
Casandra, Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your story! Congrats on your first loan and we look forward to helping you with any future needs! Best, -OnPoint

Terrible customer service today at this location. I formerly had a membership with OnPoint for 5+ years before moving away for college. I’ve recently moved back and came in today looking to open accounts again, including one for my new business. The institution I have been banking with in the interim erroneously sent my new debit card to the wrong address and I have been struggling to get a new card sent/have not had access to any of my accounts for 10 days. Because my current debit card expired on 10/31, I was refused a membership at OnPoint today. The representative said it was because I did not have multiple forms of ID, even though I came in with my active business license, and could provide proof of residence/bills paid, and student ID. Her honest, best suggestion was that I drive to Seattle to retrieve a new debit card from my current credit union, which is based there - asinine. I’m shocked that this was so complicated and that she could not offer any realistic guidance on how to get around this unique situation. Unfortunately, I’ll be opening accounts with a different institution because of this. Update: I should note that I also had my valid WA driver's license. I can't imagine what other forms of identification would be needed. I contacted another local credit union and they do not need nearly the amount of "proof" that OnPoint demanded.
Kelly, we apologize that we were unable to open an account for you. Whenever possible, we strive to make exceptions for our members and our community. In some instances, we are unable to make these accommodations. We understand the frustration of not having the updated debit card that you expected to have from your other institution, but our requirements around proper identification are to help protect people from fraud and identity theft. If you would like, please message us directly and we can look into all potential alternative identification methods for opening a new account. We would greatly appreciate another opportunity at earning your membership if we are able to help you find the necessary documentation. Sincerely, OnPoint

Max, Thanks for sharing your concerns. Please understand that our entire team is focused on delivering excellent member experiences to our members. Oftentimes, this requires that our employees work from their desks in addition to helping members visiting our branch. Whenever possible, we supplement our tellers and member service staff with other employees. Additionally, you can find several convenient locations in the area or request an appointment at a nearby branch here: https://www.onpointcu.com/locations-atms/ Please let us know if we can help you with anything else. Staff seem to lack knowledge. Poor customer service. None of the tellers or bankers ever seem to want to help. I always get the vibe they just want to find an excuse to make me get up and leave.
Josh, Thank you for sharing your concern. If you can provide additional details about your questions or need, we can take a closer look at your concern with our branch team. Can you please provide your contact info and additional details via direct message? We hope to hear from you soon and look forward to the opportunity to address your concerns. Sincerely, -OnPoint

Wont do an RV loan because I'll be travelling with it, what a joke! So if you're going to do a loan with them, make sure you dont work in oil or wind. You're only allowed to stay in it for a few days a year...

Unbelievable customer service obviously this location is severely under staffed waited over 45 min and still no sign of talking with the 1 and only person who could set up an account. I had read good things about Onpoint but this was a embarrassing first impression.
Brett, we apologize for the extended wait that you experienced. Our goal is to always provide exceptional experiences, and it appears that in this instance we missed the mark. If you would still like to open an account, please send us a direct message and we can set up an appointment so you can be sure to avoid any unexpected lines. Looking forward to an opportunity to speak with you. Best, OnPoint
