I have been a loyal member of ASIFCU (now ONPATHFCU) for many years! Have always received outstanding, friendly and professional service from Hannah, Danielle, Dawn and Ranaza. Just a great place to bank at! They are the best! New update: My checking account was hacked into beginning 1/5/2022! I met with Renaza on 1/12/2022 who filed fraud form! Issue was resolved on 1/21/2022 with much satisfaction! Fantastic job Renaza!

One Path customer service is the worst! First call I got hung up on. Second call the lady was not helpful at all. I ask for a statement and she telling me to go inside a branch even after I told her I was quarantining! Also something that doesn’t cost nothing but a click to email still couldn’t get that! They not for the people, they are get overs!

This has to be one of the most pitiful excuses of a business that I have ever encountered in my life! The "staff" at that branch epitomized the words "incompetence " and "unproffssionalism". I wish I could give them 0 stars. They act like they're in the Twilight Zone. They have no compassion and understanding whatsoever. They look through you and talk to you like you're nothing. The teller was inattentive and was more interested in singing along with the radio than helping us. The "manager" , and I use that term loosely, didn't even look at us as she "explained " why our issue couldn't be resolved. If you are a member of this credit union, avoid this branch at all costs!

If you've ever needed to deposit cash ASAP, for whatever reason, and say you needed to do it on a Sunday, because a bill was due and going to automatically take your payment Monday morning? Well, if you bank here, prepare to be overdrawn... Their ATM DOES NOT take cash deposits. And if you've never heard of that anyway? The two main banks I know for sure, have ATMs that you can deposit cash in, and you can pull up your online account immediately after doing so, and it will be there. I even called and asked their main office if there were any plans to change it, and their response was that there weren't.

This is the worst credit union I have ever used. If you need customer service and you cannot physically walk into the branch do not use this bank. I have had nothing but issues with this bank since I have moved out of state. Also don’t trust the call back system you will not be called back.. you would be wise to sit and wait. I will be closing my account ASAP, which has not been easy over the phone. I welcome someone high up in ASI to contact me so I can express my unfavorable experience. To all reading this you have been warned.... In addition Beverly Lee handled this very poorly and I eagerly await the owners contact so I can express how poorly this went.

You might miss the sign and the driveway, you might have to double back because you did not see the ASI sign quick enough. I suggest that you look for the CVS FIRST, then look across the street. The ASI ATM is well lit after dark.
