I'm a long time customer. Getting money when I really needed it has never been a problem with OneMain. They do their best to help you in a time of need.

When I walked in they worked hard for an approval which took 2 hours gave them all my pay stubs and tax forms I needed 1500 to get by these hard times. They approved me for 1100, I was disappointed that the interest was so high and he's explanation was I'm a first timer there. I was six payments in to my loan, he called me saying I'm approved for an additional 1800 if I wanted to since I have made my payments on time. He asked me to come in bring recent pay stubs. I went in and he wasted 1hour of my time just to tell me he couldn't approve me it was a matter of paying off my first loan first then I could get approved for more. I was so angry he made me think I was sure to get approved. I paid off my loan now I get harassed by email and phone to come in I'm approved for 5000. This office is a joke and so unprofessional I would never deal with onemain financial again stay away from these clowns trust me God bless.

Mr Frank at this branch was so nice and helpful guys... OneMain makes sure you can afford the loan before they even loan it to you which great for both sides. Plus, I also got some awesome insurance which was explained to the T!! So far so good with me... don’t hesitate if you need help to come to Mr. Frank at this location

They would lead you on for weeks, keep asking for the same documents over & over again . Have you come in more then once. And after giving them everything they asked for! They still unapproved me. Guess I didn’t look right to them.. ijs

Everytime i talk to someone I feel like I'm bothering them and they don't care about the customer were in a pandemic and they don't have no understanding of sometimes you can't make the payment on time cause you really don't go it. Horrible place will never do business with them after I pay off. That's a promise

My wife and I were very pleased with the service provided by One Main. They were very thorough on what documents to bring so there were no hold ups. The process was very easy and we completed the process in a timely manner. Thank you Thomas Robinson

I paid my payments on time the 19th of each month for past 3 years never late have 2 more month to go I will be done with this company I WILL NEVER BE THIS desperate TO SEEK ANOTHER LOAN FROM THIS LOAN COMPANY EVER EVER!!!! Again interested rate just to outrageous taking extreme advantage of customers in need they're worrisome did a loana sharp on the street

I've made 3 payments on this loan, and not one penny has been applied towards the principal. Is this even legal? With my next payment, this will be over$1,000, and I still owe the full amount and extra. Like seriously??? I will pay this off and be done with this place...I think this is criminal...
