0 star is what I would give if I could. Worst experience ever!! I applied online, spoke with an agent, and uploaded my documents. Everything was completed. All I had to do was come to their office to only take a pic of my car as collateral. Once I got there they denied me the loan because my job was too recent. This could have been done over the phone. I wasted gas and paid 2 tolls just to get there.

This is one of the most if not the most fraudulent bank I have ever worked with in my life. They will not send you your loan documents if you request them. The interest is compounded DAILY. So expect to pay almost double for the loan. They won't explain that and will send you a document that you sign and cannot access later unless you remember to save the document, otherwise.... Save your time, do not work with with this low tiered bank. It's just extremely shady. I was told to travel into their office for loan documents. I've paid 1700 on the loan and it shows as a -600 decrease in the original amount. This loan is very easy to get approved for, but they will get double from you. Again, go elsewhere.

I was told I qualified for a loan with OneMain and after taking down all of my personal information said they’d need to transfer me to someone who could finalize things. After being on hold for about 3-minutes I hung up and was immediately called back by a man who said he could finish up my application. After about 10-minutes of divulging all my personal information yet again to who I thought was OneMain and releasing them to use it for their purposes, I was made aware that this was not for a loan, but instead a credit repair service. I was surprised to say the least and told them I had no interest in paying monthly for credit services. One Main called me back the following week and I told them that I wasn’t interested in credit services. They said they never would dream to do such a thing and that’s not possible. Well I have the records proving it. These guys prey upon people by dangling the prospect of a loan and then after roping them in, sell their information to others. OneMain really pushes the envelope in subprime lending, layering its dubious practices through complicating through counter parties and subcontractors. I hope even one person reading this can be prevented from being taken advantage by their schemes.

The experience I had was a good one and Mark was very professional and helpful. To process the loan I wanted was nice and easy. Everything was explain to me in details about the loan.

Applied. Got text message saying to call - called nobody picked up , left messages nobody called back. Ron from Staten Island just hang up on us and did not pick up the phone when we called back. Ethics and professionalism is absent in this company.

My experience was absolutely great. I am a person rebuilding my financial background and most traditional banks would not even speak to me. One main spoke to me and decided they could help me. They gave me the loan and it was for more than I even asked for. That right there makes me even more motivated to pay back this loan as fast as possible to show them that people deserve a second chance.

I definitely didn't think I would get approved for any loans of any kind. I have tried so many places and no luck. One main financial definitely surprised me when they told me that I was approved for the loan amount requested. Alana was very helpful and informative.

I was given false information. No one want to help. I simply need an email stating I don't want to move forward. They're refusing to do so. Joe Roman has lied to on many occasions and now is refusing my phone calls. Save yourself the trouble don't do business with these folks

My experience with this office, from first contact to loan closing, was smooth and professional. Ron was very helpful and accessible. The loan terms were upfront and fair. The remote loan closing process was seamless. Highly recommend.

I was very very happy with my experience with this company Onemain, they are very professional. They save me to. The money was in my ac. In less than 2 day. I clear my collections and my cr. Score move from 670 -700+. Thx Onemain God bless.
