Shawn did a great job. He was very professional and attentive. I would recommend One Main to anyone that needs a loan for any reason.

Everything was handled in a professional manner. I was able to get my loan to pay off my credit card debt so that I only have the one payment. Eric, at the Portage, Michigan branch was extremely helpful and very patient explaining the loan and the insurance. If I ever need a loan in the future, One Main Financial would be my first choice.

They are always very courteous! The loan experience was fast and easy! We have done 3 loans through them and have always been happy with the process. The repayment options are fantastic! It's nice to know that they are always there if the need arises!

Rude and scam. Interest rates are insane to ask for copies of paychecks is nothing I’ve ever heard of in my entire life I sent paystub‘s bank statements everything else they needed but they wanted copies of my paychecks which is kind of violating . Not to mention hard to get because you have to go to your bank and ask them for copies of your stuff . if you’re going to use a loan company use upstart they have better rates money available right away and the customer service is way better . They advertise a soft credit report it’s not a soft credit report it’s a hard credit report and a soft credit report so make sure you really want to use them if you do but I would not recommend it. If you’re self-employed don’t even bother or work for family business don’t even bother they’re going to deny you. You can see very clearly all they ask is for a bank statement that your paychecks

They're attempting to charge fees after agreeing not to charge, if the money would be returned by my niece within the 15 day grace period. She changed her mind two days later and didn't need the loan. This place is a hassle and obviously high interest rates. Had I known she was going to a place like this I'd have told her to do some research. As you can see the reviews are bad. Wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. OneMain financial is a Big waste of time!

They were pretty quick with their response to my application for the loan and I got the loan within 24 hours.
