The Loan Officer, Cindy, was very patient with me as my proof of income statements were online and the first printouts didn’t have my name on them. She tried different ways of printing with my name, but they didn’t work. So after calling my Credit Union and getting their help, I was able to get printouts with the necessary information.

Went to One Main Financial and was approved for a renewal of my loan. It was easy. My Information was gathered and confirmed by the loan office. We signed the paperwork and the money was direct deposit the next morning. Everyone was friendly and patient. Very knowledgeable on their job. Keep up the good work!!

Ok so I always thought debt consolidation would never work for me, and that it was a scam. Well I was completely wrong. When I called to get pay off amount the lady was rude. It was like she did not want me to pay off your loan early. She was really no help.

Love it. People are nice. But hate their rates! These place are all high but they are THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE THE EXTRA MONEY FROM THE PRINCIPAL! Thanks One Main!
