Maria Moran was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explain how auto refinancing works and made everything clear since the beginning. The Auto refinancing processed was smooth and easy, she truly make sure I understood everything regarding my Auto loan and made herself available in case I think of anything else later on. Thank you so much Maria for being so patient and explaining every step of the way. A complicated thing made easy, awesome job!
Thank you for the wonderful review, Livier. We are so glad that Maria provided such excellent member-service while helping with your auto refi. We appreciate your membership!

I’ve banked here for quite sometime (many years) Always come to the Craig location. Today was the first time service was horrible. No eye contact by the lady who helped me. She called me over rudely seeming irritated since I walked in. I didn’t catch her name, she never mentioned who she was. She was sitting at the first desk closest to the video game console (is what I thought it was). Anyways she was just rude. Bad customer service or maybe she was just tired and wanted to go home but if that’s the case she should request to leave or take the day off instead of making people feel unwelcome. Not to mention never been charged for card replacement. I actually thought it was a new thing. She mentioned it wasn’t. So who’s to know.

Went in here looking to join a credit union the staff here is so helpful i believe the girl that helped me was Maria she explained everything to me and offered me 2 choices of bank accounts. She got me in and out so quickly and i even got my debit card on the spot. Thank you for the excellent service im so happy with my bank account.

If you like the feel of a bank from the 1950's, than look no further, this is the bank for you. If you want a bank that makes "snail mail" look fast, than step right up! It took 7+days for them to notify me via e-mail that I was overdrawn (which was 3 days AFTER customer service said notices would be sent). I'm no genius, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't take that long to send an e-mail especially since the system is automated! What really makes me angry is that over the past few years I have contacted "customer service" multiple times regarding the length of time before notification of an overdraft, (and subsequently getting bilked on fees). This last time someone finally told me that they have text notifications available (of course, they didn't elaborate or tell me how to do it)! In addition to a few surly replies over the years, they did reverse a few the fees (to give credit where it's due). But all that time and money spent and never once did anyone tell me that I could (possibly) avoid the fees in the future. Good thing my financial institution was looking out for me otherwise I might have incurred $100's in penalties...Oh wait, that's exactly what happened! If this was an isolated incident, I could see the oversight, but this has gone on for YEARS! At any point someone could have told me, but they chose to stick me instead. Epic customer service failure! What's even more disturbing is that this system preys on people like me with low/fixed incomes. $35 is way more than I can afford, and then when they stack them up, it becomes crippling. I had to take out a loan that will take me 3 months to pay back plus interest to cover fees I shouldn't be liable for. All that being said, I don't know if their text notifications are any faster than their normal process (how could it be slower?). It seems the normal process is set up to maximize the amount of fees they can charge and minimize our ability to make amends before incurring said fee(s), so I find it unlikely that this would stray too far from the model. In contrast, I also have an account with Chase, and I have NEVER had this problem! If my account goes into arrears, I'm notified of the problem within minutes (text and e-mail), and usually have until the end of the business day to fix it without getting slapped with a fee (seems reasonable, right?). If you think that just because it's a local bank, you'll get local ethics, think again! As for me, I will dumping this dinosaur of an account and will do all my banking with an institution conducting business in this century and has my interests at heart and not their own.

First Credit union I have ever had a problem with. Don’t sign up for their courtesy cash, it’s an over draft fee of $35. You won’t even get an email, or any mail to let you know that your account is negative or that they paid out for you. This was an extra account I had and a bill went to it that I didn’t know about. So every day I was charged $2.50 . It just so happened I went to check the account and I owed $144 after the over draft charge and their charge of $2.50 a day. What a joke this bank is. Also you only can deposit money via ATM they have only one branch who have tellers (good luck with that ) the lines are long. The ATM are mostly broken when you go to them. Do yourself a favor and find another bank.

Simple, fast and easy to join. The office is inviting and they offer info rather than having you ask for it. In and out with a new account in 30 mins. Maria was wonderful.

I received a pre-approved post card in the mail for a 1.99% auto loan refi and immediately called the 1-800 number to see how I could take advantage of this amazing offer. The helpful customer service associate was knowledgable but said he was unable to help me over the phone; that I should go to this local branch with specific items and they would be able to immediately process my loan docs. I gathered all of the information mentioned (proof of insurance, registration, 10-day payoff amount, most recent paycheck stub, etc.) and went to the actual branch. The lady behind the desk was completely uninformed and said that all of the information I had gathered must instead be faxed in to them. After explaining to her that a fax and a printed document were essentially the same thing she proceeded to tell me that she needed a 10-day payoff amount with the start and end timeframes... ie. I had a 10-day payoff quote that expired July 23rd, this means that one could infer that it was good from todays date (July 13th) until the 23rd, or in industry terms A 10-DAY PAYOFF QUOTE. The clincher for me was when she stated she could not take the payoff quote because it did not display the full account number (just the last 4 digits) and the mail-to address was on page 2 of the print out, and they needed everything on a single page. I tried to give them my money and business and they just wouldn't take it. I will not be returning to One Nevada Credit Union.

Worst atm I've ever encountered! You can NOT deposit any cash at this drive thru atm. I've tried 3 different days. Why wont you take my money!!
