    I have to agree with the previous comments on checking credit for loans. Called and spoke to a representative, was told I would be approved. Put in the application and then was denied. This was a good credit union years ago, but today they really don't care about the customer. I don't like banking with them and I may just close this account in the morning. There is no benefit anymore and I was a member for about 3 decades or so. People have forgotten the meaning of customer service and that we have choices on where we do business. Good luck ONCU!

    I just opened a new account at this branch with "Mac", and he gave me the best possible customer service that I have ever received from any financial institution. He went above, and beyond. People that provide this level of guest service deserve some type of recognition! I am looking forward to future dealings with this credit union because of his warm welcome. Thank you!!!!!

    Went to bank on June 17th and told bank rep that I wanted to make a check deposit into my savings account plus money withdrawal. I asked her if it would be easier to deposit check at the ATM inside their bank but she says she would take care of it at her desk. After a few minutes, She tells me there will be a hold on the check and gave me check back. I asked her whether she needed to keep the check and she said no. I went to their ATM took my money and left. That night I checked my account and saw no pending check deposit. I come to find out the next morning she didn’t even deposit my check. Thankfully I didn’t rip up the check thinking it was already deposited. The check is for a big amount and now I have to wait an extra day longer for the check to clear. This so called banker at this location should really learn to listen and perform their duties as requested by their customer else they will leave them as I might do after this experience.

    Nina and Susan where amazing today. I realize that I spend a lot of money in overdraft fees every month it really was eating up my bottom line. I decided to remove overdraft protection from my account not expecting to get fees reversed because it really was my own fault. Bye removing overdraft protection I could continue to run my business just fine and not need to balance my check book witch I’m not good at. Nina and Susan went above and beyond and reversed my fees they where not judge mental at all just helpful! We need more financial institutions like one Nevada with staff like Susan and Nina in our community!

    Told them our credit score and situation, asked what the minimum score requirement is for a loan. Received email stating there is not a minimum score and sent a link to apply. Get declined, of course, with a hard check on my credit, to be called and told it's the credit score. Unreal. Just be honest and say no chance. No reason to put people through this and get marked for a credit check. Asked if we could do collateral or cosigner. No help at all. @Owner, I sent the email.

    Good, bad and ugly. Melissa at the bank was great. Went way beyond to help me get a auto refi loan. I am moving from Realtor/property manager to full retirement; 7 weeks past left leg amputation. I have been member over 20years. Multiple car loans, home mortgage and credit cards. Over 700 FICO score, and over 170k in liquid stock and bank accts. Unnamed underwriter said no to finance Subaru Ascent worth 35K for 20k. Because, my tax returns were prepared via Turbo Tax. No matter that my credit score over 700 and that all my loans had been pd on time. Melissa went back and pushed to get me $10K on two conditions; 6months of all 7 bank or Brokerage accts. No problem. And a 2020 profit and loss statement. What universe is he from? We havent been able to show residential property until recently. Other than my 2400 SS and 800 pension, the only commission I have garnered is from property management commissions about 472 monthly that he can see direct deposited in acct monthly. I have had a leg amputated; the entire year has been terrible economic news due to Covid19 and leg amputation; and he wants a 2020 P/L??? Where do you find these underwriters?

    Manager, Anthony Manuel does not know anything about customer service. I Had a total of two auto loans with this bank and always paid on time. They do not know how to take care of their loyal customers. Warning!! Do not use this bank for auto loans, home purchases or home refinance. Service is horrible!!

    One NV bank is the WORST bank!!! Do not bank here! I have had dispute with merchant and since 12/14 this bank has made so many errors. I had to do all the work. I have a letter from the merchant which states I am to have my refund And I still have to wait 10 more days! Bc they have messed up the process I have talk to 11 people since I have started this process with continuous conflicting information! No one knows what they are doing!

    Not a bad place for old people that love to go into banks, and have all day to get one thing done. Horrible credit union for every one else. Lack of convenience is my biggest complaint. With only three locations to access your account you find yourself paying atm fees everywhere. $3.50 from the bank itself plus whatever the atm charges you. Plus they still do the accounting where they hold your charges and draw them in a different order than you made them (days apart) so they can charge you fees. Wells Fargo was sued by the U.S. government for this, so I'm surprised to see this scheme still around.

    Do Not bank with them!! This is the worst bank to bank with!! They will close your account with out you even knowing!! Also customer service is really bad and the manager never will call you back. I guess they did me a favor!! Had money going to my checking and they don't care.
