    We have been with on tap for 11 years never had a problem until now. Getting a car or business loan is a joke. No one has called us back to talk about a business loan called 4 days ago and nothing. My son was approved for a car loan but was told he had to pick up the check to give it to the dealership... What?!? I have never had to do that before. Mind you the car is in Colorado Springs he was in the middle of signing papers and the bank told him to drive back up to Arvada to drive all the way back to Springs to take them the check. 🤦 What?!?!? Thank you Christine for calling us back and clearing the mix up. Also we received a call back for the business loan. I appreciate all the help.

    I wish I could share my experience here but I've contacted them 3 times now trying to open an account for my small business and a personal account and no one will ever call me back or respond to my emails. I want to get away from big banks and wanted to use ontap so bad but if this is how customer service is, I'm afraid to put any of my money with them.

    Apparently this credit union closes a half an hour early because covid starts infecting people only at 5:30pm this is the excuse I was given please fix the hours this is foolish the main reason I did like this bank was that they closed at 6:00pm I may consider a different bank

    I will let you know first hand that the managers at On Tap will not go above and beyond for you to help with any banking issues you are having. I have been a customer here for many years and we have multiple larger accounts with them. With this bank only having 2 branches you would think they would be a little more personable and understanding of an issue you are having. All stemming from something so little as reversing an over draft fee because of their mess up and wrongful communication. Sad to say I will be canceling all of my accounts with this credit union and going elsewhere. Even Bellco has better customer service than this credit union.

    I have been a member for many years and have loved most of the services they offer. However they moved the Arvada branch with ample parking and easy access to old town Arvada with limited parking & there have been times I've had to circle the block to park. Now they have discontinued the phone teller so if you have any issues or questions after business hours & can't log in to online banking you have no access to your accounts. Plus the phone teller was a much faster option to check account balances and make transfers. I hope the decision to discontinue phone teller is reconsidered. I know other members who use phone teller as well who are disappointed. It happened today 8/15/19 website is down so no access to accounts without calling which I don't have time to do.

    On Tap was pretty much the only credit union that would finance my truck loan and now I am on my second vehicle loan and I can only say Thank You to On Tap. Great service and always there to answer any questions I have. They go out of their way to make things easier on the customer.

    Employees are great and friendly as well as being very helpful. The only reason I'm leaving a review and a 3 star one is because of the ATM..i would say 7 out of 10 times this thing never works. It's either out of service or will get jammed when making a deposit.. I've had multiple problems with this machine. Maybe enough complaints in person or with written reviews will help on tap fix this ongoing problem with this darn machine!
