Josh May was very straightforward and easy to work with. He made himself available and flexible for any questions during the process. He also went the extra mile in ways to help us with the purchase of our first home.

Never explained any of the process to me. I am a first time home buyer and I was left in the dark for the entire experience. I had to email or call 3 or 4 times in order to get ahold of anyone involved with my loan. No one ever explained my appraisal to me m, he didn’t even read it. Then found out it was $4500 difference. After taking to him he had no idea, he never looked at it. Not happy with the way my loan was handled at all. Would not recommend. They did not respond on weekends even after telling me they would.

Josh from day one was great to work with, the gentleman had answers to questions I didn't know I had. From prequals to close it took 30 days. I highly recommend working with him and his Team. Writing this review from bed in our new home. Thank you Josh, it was our pleasure!

I recently bought a home via the On Q Financial mortgage loan process. Although the loan officer Josh was nice enough, he and his team were unresponsive to any correspondence. Additionally, due to his preoccupation with personal matters, my home closing was delayed three times. As a result, I incurred additional closing costs and had to make alternate arrangements so that my family and I would have a place to stay. His procrastination in getting paperwork processed timely could have caused me and my family to be out on the street.

Not only is Jessica at On Q Financial the Top Mortgage Lender in the area, she is heads and shoulders above the rest! This is the 4th house that my wife and I have purchased and it was by far the easiest and fastest process of the four. Jessica kept us informed every step of the way and was quick to respond to our questions, even late into the evening. It was a pleasure to work with Jessica from the beginning to the end. She even presented us with a very nice house warming gift the day that we moved in. If only everyone had her high standards of customer service
