Omni Military Loans W General Screven Way, Hinesville

When we applied for our loan my husband and I were clearing military housing. We saw an ad for Omni financial with same day notice if we qualified or not not only did we find out two weeks later when I was called by Maria to inform us that we were approved she was wondering why my number was listed and not my husbands. I told her my husband is in the box all day and normally isn’t off until they close and she didn’t seem thrilled. When we were verifying Id and asking security questions she was quick to shush me when I was giving the answers and said if we accepted the loan they’d still have to speak to my husband even though I have POA for everything except medical. So not only did they not provide what they say in their ad but when they called us to tell us we were approved they were rude. Honestly if you want quick approval I would not go there. They only had two trained financial managers when we went in and four trainees. Clearly there is a disconnect somewhere in the hiring process as well as customer service training.

They were very helpful, kaitlyn goes above and beyond to give you the best customer service. Omni financial is fast and easy. ill recommend to anyone who needs a loan.
