I am so glad I went with Omega Mortgage group! Dan Landis and his team made the process super easy and worked seamlessly with our realtor. Their rates were the best and I would recommend them to others without a doubt. I kept asking, is there anything I need to do and their response was "No, don't worry about that, we will take care of it!" I always felt at ease with the loan process at a time when buying a new home is stressful in and of itself. Thanks to Dan and the team.

We are in escrow on our house and David Pinto is the loan officer from Omega Mortgage for our buyer. He works out of Omega's Reno office. Our mortgage lender completed the process and released our loan documents a couple of weeks ago. David Pinto has promised every day for well over a week to get the buyer's loan documents out so we can close but has failed to deliver. He even promised to have them out by a particular time of day and hasn't done that. Our buyer has taken time off to sign documents but they aren't released when David says the will be. It's gotten to the point where we can't believe what he's telling us. My real estate agent as well as the buyer's agent have been constantly calling and emailing him to no avail. Very frustrating and unprofessional. While I'm not a customer of Omega Mortgage, this experience certainly wouldn't make me want to use them in the future.

Erhin Landis at Omega Mortgage in Redding is TOP NOTCH. He has always been readily available, he even answered a question by text on a weekend. Erhin, I very much appreciate your guidance and straight up honesty through the whole process. I was being quoted a .25% lower rate by another lender but turns out, he was just charging extra money! and I was gonna have to pay that on top of my closing cost! I recently decided to have Omega refinance my home, and I am so glad I did! Not only was I able to get a fantastic rate, but the customer service was spectacular. Omega goes out of their way to make sure that you're a priority, and follows through on their promises. Ehrin was especially wonderful about communicating with me if there were any changes, and making sure that my refinance closed in time. He would often go above and beyond, the normal realm of customer service to make sure that I had an excellent experience. Everyone at Omega is wonderful, they are all extremely knowledgable and can tackle any unexpected bumps in the road with ease. They also make sure that not only do you feel comfortable, but well taken care of. I would not hesitate for an instant to use them again for any of my future home purchases, or refinances.

I simply can't say enough good things about Dan Landis and the Omega Mortgage Group. When we first came to them for a home loan, we had been turned away by several other companies who said there was no way they would be able to get us a loan, as we were moving from Canada and had no American credit. Instead of dismissing us out of hand like the others, Dan took the bit in his teeth and made it happen. Yes, it was difficult, and it took him and his team a superhuman amount of time and effort. I doubt they made much money on us, given the time they put in. Maybe that's why the others had not even been willing to try, but Dan actually cared about us -- that was clear -- and it was his personal interest that made all the difference. I have since gotten to know Dan and his family, and this is just the kind of person he is. He cares deeply about others, and he uses his tremendous energy and intelligence to help people whenever he can. Though still a young man, he has repeatedly shown himself to have a razor-sharp head for business, even starting his own bank to make loans faster, easier and less expensive for his customers. Since our first loan with him, Dan has re-fied for us twice and saved us a significant amount of money (he keeps an eye on rates and has let us know when it was a good idea to re-fi), and we are soon going to be doing a construction home with him to build our dream house. We no longer have the problem of being "foreigners" with no credit (thank goodness!), so we could go to any company now -- but there is simply no way we would want to deal with anyone other than Omega. Dan totally lives and breathes this stuff, and I know he is always going to be on top of all developments to get us the very best loan possible. I recommend this company without hesitation and feel that we were extremely fortunate to have found them. Written by a real and very happy customer.
