Lauren Green is the best representative for bankcard services I've ever had. I've been in this business over 30 years, and never have I seen the type of SERVICE she offers. The rates are fair, but there's always someone else trying to get your business. 1/2 a point doesn't matter. Somebody will always tell you that they can save you money. Don't waste your time. In the long run, this is the real deal. You call her, and she actually ANSWERS the phone, and helps. I wish all of our partners were like this. THE BEST.

Wish I could say I had a pleasant expo with this company but I haven’t. I purchased th clover system through them. Love the clover not a fan of omega. My rep is supposed to be Cody craft which I have saw some people leave stellar reviews about him but my experience has been far from stellar. First he never even offered to come out and help me get set up. I had to bring it to his attention then he can’t. Once he came he literally gave me information that I hadn’t already figured out myself. He seemed very uninterested. I have text him numinous times about problems that I have had and he never responds. This last time I text him and let him know how disappointed in his lack of response and he didn’t respond but I got a call from the main office. I missed the call and didn’t even care to return it. My only assumption is I had these problems because I’m black. Fair assumption to me. All in all would never recommend omega services to anyone. I love clover though. I have figured out how to use it all on my own and it’s awesome
