Old Republic Title Redwood Hwy, Mill Valley

2/7/18 I work as a mobile notary in the evenings, in addition to being a paralegal during the day, so I frequently deal with title companies and other people who assist with mortgage and home loan docs. Recently however, it was myself who needed the help of both ProMortgage in San Rafael, and Old Republic Title in Mill Valley. Reg Leighton of ORT was awesome in assisting with my first home refinance, which was only necessary for me as a result of a horrible divorce settlement. Reg was incredibly responsive and did a great job making everything happen as quickly as possible. Time was crucial since I was still ordered to pay monthly spousal support to my ex until I was able to come up with the very, very large amount of money that the refinance finally gave me. Everything about ORT was great - even the traveling notary they sent to my house when it came time to sign! Would highly recommend doing business with this branch.
