Old National Bank E 56th St, Indianapolis

Opened up a checking account. Later went back to withdrawal my money showing them my copy of deposit receipt and check book account number. Here they turned around closed my account, they never sent me any kind of notification through the mail contact me. They took all my money. Beware of this bank! I will never do business with old navy national again! They're thieves!!

Have cashed my checks here for a year with very few issues, all of a sudden today because I went to a new teller I have to pay a fee to cash my check even though my employer's paycheck is issued through an Old National account! So had I walked to the girl 3 ft away from this one like I did last pay I wouldn't have had to. THANKS SO MUCH FOR CHOOSING TO TAKE THIS FEE RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS! UGH

We have been banking here for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There are at times new employees that request ID and verification, but that is to be expected. They are only doing their jobs, for which I am grateful.

Slow took 25 minute at the drive thru, only one in line. Ask for a withdraw slip, send me a deposit than didn't even send my money... Then send the wrong amount of money.

MARTEL V. HAS NOT ANSWERED MY REQUESTS FOR OVER 6 MONTHS! I ASKED FOR SPECIFIC DEBIT CARD FUNCTIONS. AFTER BANKING AT ONB FOR OVER 4 YEARS. A NEW MANAGER AT A NEW LOCATION. HE AGREED TO UPDATE MY DEBIT CARD. HE NEVER DID. HE AGREED TO CALL ME. HE NEVER DID. I HAVE CALLED OVER SIX TIMES IN SIX MONTHS. PLUS 4 BRANCH LOCATION VISITS. HE HAS NEVER RETURNED A CALL. NOR HAS HE DONE WHAT HE AGREED TO DO. FRUSTRATED! AND NOW I AM WAISTING MY BREATH!
