Over many years Laura Hash has done a superb job of handling trust accounts for me and several members of my family. Her fees are quite reasonable. A real pro and very personable as well.

For general banking this bank is fine, however they were unwilling/unable to open a Miller trust for my mother. They didn't understand the instructions given to them about the trust and refused to help us. IUCU was able to help us get this taken care of.

Run, do not walk from this bank. It has a unique combination of the costs of lack of scale (such as no international service and lack of robust ATM networks) and the most hideous big bank practices (such as hidden fees, and multiplying fees). I had one loan, and paying two days late more than double the payment. For a small, personal service bank People's State Bank is downtown. For a large impersonal bank, with slightly less hideous practices, Chase is also downtown.
