Old National Bank Glendale Rd, Savage

Everyone at Kleinbank is an utter joy to deal with. Every time I need assistance in the aspect of banking I can always depend on my friends at the Savage location. Three people in particular that I have had the pleasure of working with are: Laurie, Mary Kay and Brandon (although everybody there is fantastic). Kleinbank is the best bank that I have ever been with, mostly due to the great staff I see on an everyday basis.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews here. They refer to Klein Bank, which was purchased by Old National within the last year. The difference is night and day. Old National makes NOTHING easy. I have had issues with my payroll direct deposit, bill left unpaid that I set up on Bill Pay, the website is often experiencing difficulties, the branch ATM sometimes fails to recognize me, and the list goes on. They closed the branch that was most convenient for me. They also no longer are part of the "Moneypass" ATM system, which was the second most convenient way for me to get cash. The people here are lovely, but Old National is a train wreck.

I have been with this branch for many years. They have always been genuine, helpful and professional. They have very sweet staff who welcome you with a smile and ask how you are doing. They are patient when explaining new updates or rules so you understand what to expect. But more than being professional, the staff feels real, not rehearsed money bots who don't look you in the eye. This branch in particular I love wholeheartedly.

Klein Bank has been great for my small business. Laurie has always been great with customer service and I love that they know me and my needs. Thank you all!

The tellers have a habit of being a little snippy with people, and making uncalled for comments. Just this branch. KleinBank otherwise is a great bank.

I went into this location in early August to change my name to my new married name. I have emailed the lady I worked with 4 times total and have not heard back once. I will be filing a complaint and changing banks.
