I have been with them for about 4 years and it has been nothing but problems. The only reason I am still a member is because of a small loan. If you have any issues at all no matter what it is, they will lie to you and tell you it’s taken care of. If you are looking for a local credit union, TTCU is the way to go. Been banking with them and have had loans through them and I have never had a problem.

Very disappointed in the lack of support with a difficult situation and loss of money through wire transfer fraud. When I went in to close my account I was not even acknowledged by the manager. No response to my email sent to the president of the credit union. Definitely did not feel welcomed.

This place is run terribly like a bank now. sales here should be a concern. drive through will treat you as a criminal if you don't fill out everything correctly. too many rules.
