I was lied to and disrespected just called and asked a simple question that the lady misunderstood then told me no pawn shop would answer my question after a couple minutes of be rudly cut off and interupted i hung up and called another shop that KINDLY helped me with the very same question . then called back to speak with the manager who was standing there listining and said she was not being rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON .

Very stiff on prices if you want to know what they will offer search your stuff just search Ebay and they give 50% of what the cheapest it sold for on Ebay..... I get its easy for the less knowing people but really every person in there should specialize in at least one section of the store.... still they have given some decent deals but seems just a bit too cut and dry for a pawn shop that I is based on a good deal premise

It was a horrible experience! A major let down. They were the most unprofessional outright rude people ive encountered in a very long ,maybe ever,time. I will not return and do not reccomend.

i just bought $850 worth watch in $400. Its brand new in a box. I am very happy with it. Owner and staff are very nice and helpful
