This is my second transaction utilizing Matt Odom as my mortgage broker. The first was a new home purchase, the second was a refinance. Matt is the most responsive, ethical, professional, responsible, and customer friendly service vendor I have ever encountered. He truly, personally, ensures that each customer feels valued, takes care of all details, has processes for a seamless and stress free experience. He is honest, and up front, about what can and cannot be done. If it cannot, he will explain what needs to occur in order to get to ‘can’. Matt Odom is the best in all of Southwest Florida. He has assisted us with a VA Mortgage where we closed within 20 days which is unheard of. Yet, Matt made it happen.
