During my consultation, I got scared because they informed me that there were some accounts on my report that I didn't recognize. Albert, the representative, realized that I was worried and stayed by my side past the consultation time to help me figure out what the accounts were. We ended up figuring out that the accounts on the report were correct and I just didn't recognize the names.
