    Yesterday, we just opened our new account at Nymeo. They are so professional in terms of their job. I'm giving 5 star to the manager and tellers at buckeystown Nymeo. They give us a smooth process to opened our account. Good Job and keep it up for good customer service!

    Their ATM ATE $460 on 3/10 and I have still been unable to recover it. DO NOT use the ATM at 5301 Buckeytown Pike Frederick MD 21704. It is a nightmare and the machine apparently has a history of numerous issues. I have already reached out to the branch and main office and while helpful it is managed by a third party so all NYMEO could provide was the ATM Owner contact information of Dolphin Debit Company and brand of Hyosung. So buck passed, my money has still not recovered.

    Following in the footsteps of many other reviewers before me, I have been a member of Nymeo for over four years and watched the customer service, care, and ability to effectively manage customer concerns diminish to nothing. After multiple promises of follow-up calls that never came, completely wrong information being provided, dates of service being given only to be never fulfilled. Due to the incompetency and inability to conduct business properly, we have lost several hundred dollars, and untold time. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I highly recommend other members do the same. Individuals looking for a local credit union should look to other financial institutions as Nymeo does not place customer financial needs at the top of their priority list.

    I have a Primary banking institution which is different from Nymeo. I have several secondary institutions which I bank at, of which Nymeo is one. I utilize the online features of my Primary institution to connect with all secondary institutions. Now & then, these electronic connections have to be refreshed with updated credentials to keep transactions flowing continuously. Out of all the secondary banking institutions I have, Nymeo was by far the worst. I constantly received the notice, "Cannot update your credentials with this institution. Please try again later." As far as logging directly into my online account with Nymeo, that was also problematic. In order to receive a temporary password, my choices were by sms or email. I always chose email because the phone was no longer in use. It took me days of repeating this process before actually receiving the email containing my temporary password. It had been over a year since having access to my Nymeo. Once in, I could not believe all the charges I had incurred by Nymeo. Month after month, they had been the same. Bad address fee, inactive account fee. Over two hundred dollars in all. Surely they will take no responsibility for anything they do wrong. I will never bank with them again.

    This location had excellent customer service not only is it clean friendly warm and inviting atmosphere they have Rockstar employees shout out to Melissa you saved the day for me thank you so much!!

    Heidi at the Buckeystown branch is the manager there she is a wonderful manager she will help you in any way she can. I have been dealing with Heidi for a long time since she was a teller on route 40 nymeo is lucky to have her.

    Emily the branch manager was outstanding explain everything to me when I opened my new account. I had a question the next day about something and I called left a voice mail for her and she returned it within 10 minutes. She has great customer service skills. Keep up the hard work.

    Convenient and nothing but great experiences. Never had to wait long for teller. They also have safe deposit boxes. Been using them more and more during COVID times.

    EDIT: Because I cannot reply to Nymeo--I have contacted you--I've spoken to the head of operations and call center, and you still have yet to change your ATMs, adjust your hours based on need, and took away the second drive through window, only for me to be told by your head of ops that you're "eventually going to put it back in". Your online system is lackluster at best, and I got FIVE DIFFERENT TEXTS when I had to request a code to sign in, rather than one. Problem is, you're the only game in town, so I can't move credit unions. Ever since your rebranding and wannabe "genius bar" look, your service has gone downhill. EDIT: 4/30 - once again, atm out of service at this branch. That outdoor ATM is a GREAT paperweight.

    RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. I was with this credit union since it was Chessie Federal from the Railroad. Changed names several times. Had great employees and great customer service. NYMEO bought them out years back and all old employees left. Customer service went into the toilet. Now its staffed by arrant younger people who have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Chessie Federal Credit Union is still around but they are primarily in the western part of Maryland. They left the Frederick area around 2007.
