Literally one of the BEST mortgage experiences I have EVER had!!! Rhonda Gaffney, my loan officer, was very attentive, answered my multitude of questions with a smile, and I truly felt like I developed a friendship through what can be a stressful process. The thing was...it wasn't stressful, she walked me through each step of the way and was awesome! Working with Katrina McDaniel, my loan processor, was a breeze! She was friendly, helpful, explained the required paperwork made the final processing so smooth. I've truly enjoyed working with this team and would definitely recommend them!! :)

I had the Pleasure of working with Greg and Marshay!!! This process was the most stress free process ever!!! They were so helpful with everything.The relationship we built through this process makes it seems like we have known them forever. This is definitely the best experience ever. Just closed on my first home with Ryan Homes and the experience was a breeze. Justin T. and Mallory B. were great! They were both so easy to work with and very friendly/knowledgeable . I had a lot of questions and between the two of them, they always made sure I had an answer in a reasonable amount of time. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had an overall great experience! The approval process was simple. Nadine was a pleasure to work with and she responded to any questions I had quickly. Both Nadine and Vincent were knowledgeable in the loan approval process. I would definitely use NVR in the future.

Worst experience ever! I can only speak off of my personal experience. The people I worked with failed to communicate and showed no areas of concerns about what I was experiencing and as a company they try to cover up for their employees when they mess up. I was ignored when attempting to seek answers. I was not informed on several things with no explanations.I experienced several issues while attempting to use this company. Maybe it was just the staff members I was working with but I would not recommend this mortgage company to anyone based off of my experience. Please find a company that cares about customer relationships and communication to ensure the customer understands and is aware of what is going on.

My experience with NVR Motgage was amazing. The process was very easy and fast as long as you submitted all your documents that was required. My loan officer (Rhonda Gaffney)was a true blessing for me and my daughter. She walked me through the process and was there for me every step of the way. She kept me in the loop of things and was very prompt about responding to my calls and emails. She is truly an amazing woman and I can’t thank her enough!!!!!!!! The whole staff is phenomenal and I would personally would refer everyone to them if they’re looking to buy a house because I guaranteed you will not be disappointed!!!!!
