Nusenda Credit Union 98th St, Albuquerque

I like to go to this branch because they're not that busy so they take care of us very fast on a very friendly way, always and in my language wich is even better, thank you so much guy's you're awesome 👌

I went ther 4 years ago to close my accounts because i didn't need them no more and the just toldme to get my money from the machines, since they don't give out small bills i couldn't get $7 bucks back so they couldn't give me all my money and they didn't cancel my accounts for this reason, now 4 years later am still a member and my account is negative. I don't need it i don't want it now i have to pay the balance and hopefully they can cancel this time. 98 street branch

Has two ATMS, one drive up the other outside of the building. The staff are pleasant and helpful. This is not the branch with tellers you would expect, it has machines that the employees will help you to understand and utilize. You can do most all normal transactions through these machines and even withdraw in smaller denominations. Nusenda bringing a wave of the future.

If you don't bank with nusenda you cannot make a car payment at this location. They have machines that let you bank there only if you are a checking account customer. You do realize that these automated machines take the place of real people's jobs right?

This bank is worthless they’re not there to help you they’re just had a rip you off you file dispute and even though you have all the hard-core facts they still won’t help you they’re like real lazy there I’m telling you if you’re reading this don’t try this credit union at all go to another one

They take for ever. waiting for hour amd no one helped 👎

The people here are sooo friendly and efficient. I had the pleasure of working with Alejandro and he went above and beyond and really helped me out!
