I went in to pay my daughters car payment and was treated like garbage, the girl at the front told me I was not allowed to make my daughters car payment but that she would allow it this one time. Due to my daughter working there are times that I have gone to other branches to pay her car payment and have never been told that it had to be my daughter that makes the payment! The girl was extremely rude! I definitely not ever be going to this location and definitely will not be directing anyone to this location!

I’ve had a great experience with Nusenda since I’ve opened my first account in 2017 at the UNM campus. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience on December 27, 2021. I’ve never written a review before, but for people that have darker skin I will do so in good conscience. I came in around 2pm hoping to deposit a few Christmas checks. The front desk person noticed I was struggling to deposit the last check because it was hand written. She offered to help me but noticed it was blank with my name. I asked if I could finish it to which she said no due to policy. I understood that but, I told her and had shown her a similar check that had my name as well as the payor’s name. I offered to call him so she could get verbal confirmation of the check being for me. She raised her voice at me that she would not deposit the check if I signed it in front of her. I thought about signing it in the car then, coming back. However, despite being a regular there and seeing her multiple times, I felt humiliated and uncomfortable. It absolutely ruined my holiday to feel racially profiled. I intend to not to step foot there, ever.

No tellers and the ATM doesn't work well. Bring back the humans!

Shows how much people know here, maybe annoyed that there isn't an actual person grabbing their cash. This place is convenient, it can do anything any Nusenda can but people are removed from the equation of just handing out money. It's not a typical ATMs inside, they can do much more (everything that a teller can do). These are next level ATMs. You can choose odd amounts to pull out, place checks, etc. However, there are also loan officers here. I wouldn't call this place pointless, I would call if efficient and headed towards the future of what banks will be doing. Also, the staff that is there is very nice! Always helpful!

I went in to deposit money into my daughter's account. I didn't know what I was doing. I asked the couple of people in the front for help. They helped me navigate the atm. So it's pretty awesome. I don't want to deal with just an atm. But if you did only want to deal with an atm, then this is the place for you. And if you need help, they're there to help you.

The staff is always happy and helpful there aren't actual tellers but the atm inside dispenses 1's, 5's, 10's, 20's, 50's, and 100's the only atm I have ever seen to dispense small bills

This location is pointless. It's basically a large ATM, as none of the people can actually help you with anything. There's like five people working here literally all standing around gossiping. Absolutely worthless.

Was unsatisfied with how the atm works I have cashed my check and have bills to pay and the atm is putting my Money on hold for 2 days this is ridiculous and there are no tellers

The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is so easy to check accounts and make deposits or payments. I like the location.

Really great service! I went in 20 mins before closing on a Saturday, got my account opened and all my questions answered. Friendly and professional staff.
