I filled out an application with Tanner and he never got back to me, when he finally did, it was to tell me he was quitting the industry and Valerie would be taking over his applications. Well I never heard back from her either. Needless to say, I'm glad the process never got started, i would hate to think what it would have been like to deal with a lender with such poor communication. Do yourself a favor and find another lender.

Tanner Plato did a fantastic job of explaining all the options available to us for mortgage refinance. Tanner explained how the online application process would work in a clear concise manner. The NRLM portal made the whole application process very easy and Tanner reached out to us regularly to let us know where we were in the process.
