Really chill people, gave me a great deal for a video game! And even helped me get rid of some things I've been wanting to get rid of for a while! Definitely go here instead of Ace Buyers.

So I've been dealing with these guys off and on since they opened. While friendly and courteous, they are horrible when it comes time to panning your item. For instance, they offered me $20 for a guitar that cost me $800 and I'd only used once, and this is after years of dealing with them. They consistently low-ball me every time, but with the lack of any good pawn shops here in Eugene, they have you over a barrel if you're having an emergency and need some quick cash to keep that EWEB bill paid up so you don't get your electric shut off

Two days before my wedding and I needed my rings. Every place we went had to order my husband's size and we were upset. Driving past w11th we saw Northwest Pawn and said why not check it out. We struck gold! Not only did they have my husband's size but we were able to find a beautiful gold band that fits perfect! Amazing service and nice size shop. I liked the display of rocks and Chrystals. Would go again. And will recomend

The staff were very polite, helpful, and courteous. They didn't low ball me and valued my items appropriately. They were thankful for me choosing them! Appreciation goes a long way. Smaller shop but they are doing great work and deserve applause for excellent customer service.

I purchased a leaf blower todto from Northwest pawn and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. I've purchased items from other pawn shops and I felt like I was looked down upon but not the case at Northwest pawn. I felt welcome and the folks were very friendly. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I just moved to eugene in december. Ive visited a few local pawn shops, but this one stands out as the most comfortable and fair. Ive had decent conversation with the owner and employees, who seem rather down to earth and actually care about you as a person instead of just a dollar in their pocket. Good people, fair deals, and amazing assortment of crystals and stuff.... Definately worth checking out
