Beware of this title company. My seller agree to pay 1000$ to repair the floor but this company want to charge 500$ to hold the funds on the last day before closing date. They should inform us earlier. They are not professional.

Just closed our SBA loan with Jaki Brown... what a awesome lady! After dealing with SBA for two years getting them their information, redoing information because our SBA agent changed 12 times...Jaki is a Godsend! She knew her stuff, explained what we still needed and helped us through! Great company to do business with!!

The worse title company in San Patricio and Nueces county. They had no right taking my earnest money to a court case without me even knowing.
