They walk you through the entire process step by step they break everything down for you right at the start. I cannot say enough things about how great they are. They make the process simple and easy as possible and are extremely reliable.

Did a home refinance with NorthPointe Bank and couldn’t have been happier. Expectations were met and my loan funded without ever speaking to my loan rep via a phone - everything was accomplished via email and NorthPointe’s website. Original estimate to close was within $500 and I feel I got a great rate with minimal cost and effort.
