Best bank ever. The President, Sherry, truly cares. I have had 2 loans through them. When I bought my car there was a name issue at the DMV when I went to get it tagged, because the name had changed awhile back, and the dealership put the old name as the leinholder on the title. Similar but not exact. I was held up because of this at the DMV, who was requesting a letter from the credit union saying that it was in fact them. I was able to call the credit union, and within minutes Sherry had faxed them a letter to resolve the issue. I had a work function in a few hrs and she literally saved the day!! Melody is always so kind and patient too!

Called today and got a lady on the phone who cut me off and hung up on me after I asked her 3 questions about how to become a member there. I am a financial consultant and was trying to help my clients find a credit union home and this lady was so rude! I called back and got her manager and she said she was sorry which is fine but to me, that bad experience told me verything I need to know about their customer service. I WILL NEVER advise any of my clients to become members here.

I have been a member of NTCCU for years, they have always been very friendly and helpful. I have financed several cars and have been happy with the speed that I was approved. When my husband died they were very helpful in helping me get on my feet financially. This credit union is an A+ in my book.

Every month this institution OVER charges me with UFC fees, On today May 21,2018 i called and spoke with "Sharon or something" SOOOOO rude it was unbelievable that she has a JOB! She preceded to tell me they were to busy to deal with my issue. That I would need to come in. GREAT I live less than 1 minute away. I arrive NO ONE IS IN THE bank not one person. The woman tells me to "wait" everyone is busy checking "voicemails" After waiting 7-9 minutes. SOME ONE she never told me her name took me to her office. Where she was already prepared to tell me I was wrong. I HAD'NT EVEN TOLD HER MY PROBLEM. Im appalled by the customer service. THIS IS WHY SMALL BUSINESSES LIKE THIS ONE DON'T STAY AROUND LONG! The whole issue came about because of the first woman I spoke with told me the bank paid planet fitness $30. An amount planet fitness shouldn't have taken. Well I knew the $30 fee was a UCF fee. After leaving the comfort of my home to get to the bank for this NEW lady to say, yeah no the planet fitness was was RETURNED as id thought it was! TO think that this place charged me UCF fees for PENDING transactions and then the treatment?? I WILL NEVER do banking with them AGAIN!

As a member of Northland Teachers Credit Union I always appreciate how helpful, easy and personal the staff is. They continue to always provide superior customer service! Thank you for the great service over the last few years.

I have a few encounters with the first teller when you walk in the door. She has a really sour attitude. She never smiles and she responds as if you’re bothering her by being there. More banks need to be co-op in the northland. Her response “Mainstreet is right down the street.” Way to promote the company you work for lady. Some people shouldn’t work in customer service.

I've been a member for 20 years. I learned how to bank with them and just this year, they've helped me get all my stuff together for my first time homebuyers program. Truly a great group of people.

I’m a newer member & have been nothing happy with the personalized service I’ve received. It’s been a good reminder to me of the benefits of a credit union.

I love this credit union! They are very helpful and easy to work with. Quick response time and personable.

I have financed several car loans here and they always have rates that can't be beat. The staff are always friendly and helpful!
