I would never go though this company again. They make very hard to make payments and pay off loan balance. Horrible company

Lost or shredded title to my truck when i refinanced my truck through my bank for a better rate. Rude, will ignore your calls, not helpful at all. The most useless company ever very shady.

My loan was sold to these people with out my knowledge Do Not use them! Even if you are not 30 days late they are texting calling threatening to come get your car. I can’t even trade my car in cause I owe double what it’s worth and trust me I have been trying just to get rid of them. If I could I would give them no stars and not to mention last time I called and said when I was going to make my payment the girl bragged about how many cars they had repossessed (in the middle of a pandemic).

Customer service is terrible. They are rude on the phone and hound you about payments!!!!

HORRIBLE, crooks and will do anything to still keep the vehicle and will try to get as much money from you as possible.

Just got a auto loan with these people . Went to make my first payment and wow this company is at least 15 years behind . They don't even offer a dashboard for you to see your loan . Honestly hate banks like this

Very rude people. They go on hear say only not knowing true facts. Was always on time with payments. If you can go somewhere else it's best you do. Bad company

Unequivocally the worst customer service I have ever received. I was processing an auto loan through North State and I was as courteous and helpful as possible. I attempted to provide them with all of the documentation I could to assist in streamlining the process and was treated like a second class citizen by the branch manager. Moreover, I was told certain documents were perfectly acceptable, only to be told shortly after that they were not. The entire experience was amongst the worst I have ever received at any business. I eventually just told them to shut it down and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. Not only was I treated with infinitely more respect at Greater Eastern, I received an much lower interest rate. In short, I could not possibly recommend with any more fervor that you avoid this establishment at all costs. The only possible pro I can give this location was that the lady working the front desk was in fact quite polite and helpful.

This has been my worst experience with auto financing, as soon as I had any trouble during covid they refused to work with me on my payments and started measures to repo the vehicle I had through them, would not recommend them, now I am without a vehicle and have a repo on my credit.

We have had nothing but a great experience with North State in regards to our auto loan. Theyve always been super friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, North State!
