Best Honda dealer around. My internet representative. Randy was beyond amazing. He took care of everything before I even got to the dealership regarding my approval in the vehicle selection. He was quite a good person and true to his word when he said he had my approval already in my numbers did not change. If you’re looking for a vehicle contact Randy and he’ll take care of you 110% he goes above and beyond for all his clients I’ve noticed. My 2017 CRV had a couple of things break that in my opinion shouldn’t have broken so soon. Full disclosure I bought the extended warranty. Norm Reeves was great. They fixed everything, they helped get an easy rental car, which we kept for two days. They let us pick the car up late and agreed to return the rental car for us. All no charge, including the rental car. I love my car. It’s all back to normal. We are very happy with the service received.

I stopped by because a light came on in the car. Although they were extremely busy, they were happy to check the sensor which happened to be a low tire. Brandon and his team mates kept me informed as they completed repairs. I really appreciate how they all work as a team to take care of the customer.

After going to sketchy dealership down the street we decided to take a chance on a certified dealership and we are so happy we did. Renjee greatest us right away and automatically made us have an easy going experience. I never thought I would purchase a car the same day but he didn’t push us at all and he even recommended a more affordable car I was looking at instead of the more expensive option.
