At the Clovis Branch. Crystal is the real MVP! She was willing to help me and answer all my questions with such a friendly face (even with a mask on)! I tried to make a cash deposite in the ATM and it spit out half with no receipt and just stop working and my card got stuck in the machine. I tried calling the bannjk but they never answer thecphone . I CAN NEVER GET ONLINE TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT!

Myself and my husband share not 1, not 2 but 3 accounts with this bank. I usually have issues more than I would like. One of them is making a deposit through the ATM on the outside of the actual bank. I’ve done that twice and both times my money was not available and was incorrect once it became available. Took a lot of patience and phone calls to get that corrected. I’ve had multiple NSF fees when all of my accts are linked so that I would avoid ever getting a fee. Every time I would call regarding the fees the rep would apologize and reverse it. The final straw for me was when my husband went into the bank to get a cashiers check, which HE does every month for the past 2yrs. for our rent. This specific visit was not so pleasant. My husband was denied the cashiers check. The teller already had my husband’s DL and bank card. His identity had been verified and the teller still would not budge. The teller would not gave my husband a reason of not knowing the exact spelling of the landlords name. My husband asked for him to check the history to confirm the spelling. The teller stated there was no history of any cashiers checks every being made. Now let me explain my husband’s appearance! Young, tattooed Hispanic male with a beard. I went into the bank myself VERY UPSET, was lucky enough to get the same teller and was given no problem at all to get the check he was trying to get. When I asked to speak to the manager I leaned in and stayed “I’m sure you know why, the teller stated Yes and went to get the manager. After asking multiple times why my husband was denied a check from his own acct. I was not given an answer just the sad excuse of him not spelling the name. I reminded the teller he actually spelt the name out to me, and he stayed quiet. I will be filing a formal complaint against this establishment for discrimination as well as taking my business elsewhere!

I placed a call back request and when they called me back, I was on another line on an important call, but because I really wanted to talk with them, I switched over and explained and asked if they would please call me back in 5 minutes...THEY SAID NO. I was appalled. I would NEVER do business with them, AND I was calling about bringing over 100 employees and their money to their credit union. I would like to EDIT my review. I was able to connect with someone after I calmed down and tried again they were extremely helpful and given that conversation I have agreed to work with them. Sometimes we all have a bad day.

Scheduled an online appointment at the Clovis Branch through Noble CU’s website. This was extremely convenient as opposed to walking in, signing in, and waiting to meet with a representative. My mother and I met with Mariella, Member Consultant, regarding our individual accounts, third party authorizations, and guardianships. Mariella provided excellent client service, advice, and guidance upon answering our questions. She was proactive and left us feeling confident when addressing our individual needs with the Noble CU’s services.

I do not even know where to begin with Noble Credit Union. I have had 3 different auto loans through Noble Credit Union. I stayed with them because having my auto loan through them was convenient. Not ONCE since 2016 have I EVER had any issues with Noble, until recently. When COVID-19, a global pandemic, came to affect EVERYONE'S job, I made it very clear that my job had been affected and my hours became limited because of it, but I would still be able to make my payments within the month. First, they started harassing my place of work. When I specifically told them on multiple occasions not to contact there because it was risking my job. ESPECIALLY when they were not contacting my cell phone FIRST. Second, Stacy O and Riley Simms are probably one of the worst employees to talk to. Especially Stacy. I asked her multiple times why she sent me to collections and refused to tell me. And refuses to tell me what can be done to have my application approved for the auto loan. And hour later she emails me saying it was approved. Still no reason as to why it was sent to collections. And this lady tried sending me to collections for not making my car payment and saying I was late the full amount, which I was only late $20. And then she literally tried draining what I had in my savings. She also sent me to collections while I was still within the 10 grace period of my March payment. When I went back to Toyota, they told me all the RIDICULOUS stipulations as to what was required to approve my loan??? And then LIED saying that I was basically flagged fraudulent because I was late $20.00 and refused to let her take what was in my savings. I am SO glad to no longer be financing a vehicle through them and I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to this bank. They are rude and literally do not care about their customers. Do not open an account here. Do not try financing a vehicle through here. It takes a lot for me to basically blacklist a place. And Noble CU has been extremely blacklisted. I HIGHLY recommend Golden 1 and EECU as far as Credit Unions go.
