    What a nice experience in car buying. It was time as our lease was up. This is our 6th Nissan so we had no trouble deciding which car manufacturer we were going with. We set an appointment, were met promptly by Mike Simone and set up with our sales professional, Mike Matthews. Mike answered all of our questions about the different models and options. He made our choice and selection so easy. Covey and Mike worked with us until we got the deal we were satisfied with. Bull made the financing simple and painless.     The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly, polite and courteous. He explained the whole process and along with the other personnel made it a relaxing, stress free experience.     Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and helpful! Service 10/10. Specifically Dana and Neshari were very polite, engaging, and helpful! They were all very efficient and organized. I was able to come in and out within a half hour both times I went there. I cannot say enough how impressed I was with the service, prices, cleanliness, helpfulness, and organization :)

    Well, the experience took 4 full hours to complete! We didn't arrive home till nearly 11 pm, the dealership closes at 8 pm. We managed to get a monthly payment of $240 after much unnecessary haggling. We kept being told that they would have to thousands to get there. When all was said and done we were only discounted $1000. Typical high pressure tactics. The fees above and beyond the initial cost of the vehicle were around $3600!

    Extremely surprised by the way the time went at this location. Our original sells rep was great she talked to us like we were people and who doesn't like that. I understand the new restrictions and hey you do what you have to do to keep business moving but having multiple people come out asking us the same questions over and over starts to become aggregating. As someone that works with money for others on a daily bases I understand numbers, when being told discounts are being added and you being out the same paper three times showing absolutely no changes and try to low ball a potential buyer that's not right. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of two things, one that it was getting late so people stop thinking clearly and will agree to large monthly payments and two if you look young they talk to you like you don't know what your doing there. Will not being coming back to this location and don't recommend to others as when we couldn't come to an agreement instead of the professionalism of just saying something like "sorry we couldn't help you out" you snatch the paper away and crumble it like a toddler that didn't get his way.

    As soon as I walked in this dealership it felt like a big family environment. I traveled two hours and was happily greeted by Antoinette and directed to Damion Whitehead. He took his time and made every step easy in buying my first car. He’s very knowledgeable about cars and the many features that they offer. I walked in Nissan Richmond with one car in mind and I left with the purchase of that car. Damien definitely played a big role in my purchase as well as the finance manager “Bull”.     I don't like to leave one star reviews without a good story so lets go on a journey: We went into the dealership looking for a Mazda 6. We saw it online for around $15.5k. First sign of trouble is they won't even let you speak with a sales person without taking your drivers license. No other dealership does this. Well we sat down with Jamison. Immediately started trying to collect information even though we said we only wanted to see the Mazda before we talked turkey. Well he tells us its literally his second day and quickly realizes that he should just show us the car. Well whoever was training him who's name escapes me (so ill just call him "trainer"), comes over and starts trying to collect information too. We pushed to just see the Mazda first because info like how we are going to pay, what our budget is, etc. is pointless unless we like the car. Unlike Jamison, this guy did not take the hint for quite some time until we stonewalled him until we saw the car. They finally get us the keys and Jamison comes on the test drive with us. We notice the sticker shows over $17k for the car, $2k more than shown online. We are assured the online price is correct and there is a holiday sale that will be reflected in the final bill. Throughout the ride, Jamison was great! He knew his stuff, was personable, gave us some good info on other cars, and generally did a great job trying to connect with us. After the debacle in the dealership we were put at ease. Super nice guy and did amazing for his second day. We get back to the desk and the trainer was already there with the bill. They wanted $20k, almost $5k more than shown online. Now we expected there to be taxes and fees but $5k feels to me like a bait and switch meant to get people into the store. We look at the itemized bill and see they start at the $17k price, subtract the $2k from the "holiday say" and then add almost $2.8k in some "refurbishment fee." Convenient. We try haggle with the trainer but he is trying to insist this is normal practice. We had already been to several other dealerships and I can assure anyone reading: this is NOT normal practice. Well once trainer clearly sees this tactic isn't going to work, asks us for a price we are willing to pay. We give him a price and he asks how we got to that figure. We tried to tell him that number is what we are willing to pay for the car, take it or leave it. Well obviously not one to be up front and honest, trainer calls his "manager" on the phone instead of giving us an answer. He does that oh so clever "I'm talking to someone on the phone but loud enough so clearly the people in the room are meant to hear the conversation" trick (trainer clearly thinks he is FAR more clever than he actually is). At this point we had enough and just left. Poor Jamison this whole time had to just sit and watch as his trainer threw his shot at his first sale out the window. We actually held out a bit longer than we wanted to because we liked the guy so much. TL/DR: Don't go here. The online prices are a trick. Jamison is a bro.
