I came to Malcom as a new customer looking to improve my credit. Like most people, I was skeptical to have anyone do any repairs to my credit reports. By far this is one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Malcom is very experienced in his expertise. His services have been the best that Ive dealt with thus far. Malcom laid out the steps to get me to where I needed to be and constantly checked in on me to make sure I was staying on track. By February 2022, my score reached our goal to get a pre approval.
