First, let me start with how inviting the store and its staff is. There is no stuffy feel just an excellent selection of 'impossible' to find watches and even better customer service. Alexis was very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable though-out the entire process. I originally came in just looking to check out the new storefront but came back a week later and made my purchase of a GMT Master II 'Batman'. Dara also made me feel welcome and ensured the transaction side was seamless and fun. Not only did they sell a watch but they purchased a forever client. I contacted Newport Watch Club to trade two Panerai and, a cash difference of 14K, for a white gold submariner. From start to finish the customer service was top notch, very fast replies and, even personalized attention from the sales team via whatsapp. I was blown away by that level of service. Pre-paid shipping labels were sent to me at no cost, my trade-in watches were shipped overnight, the next day an invoice arrived, which I paid immediately and, the following day I received my White Gold Rolex Submariner (Smurf) via Fedex at 9.43am. Pretty amazing service, especially these days, where customer service at some watch dealers leaves a lot to be desired. There are more watches then I have ever seen. It was simple and painless to make a purchase not pushy like some places I have gone too. I would recommend to all my friends since you can find a 5711 here and get laughed else where (south coast). Overall great vibe and cool cars to look at on the way out.
