After loosing bids on 4 other homes, he patiently kept updating our documentation and sending pre-qualification letters at at lightning speed. Warren taught us so much! He met with us at least once or twice a week until the deal was completely funded and finalized. We never knew how the whole process worked until Warren explained it to us. If it wasn’t for Warren, we could not have closed on a deal of a lifetime! He worked so hard for us and he really cared about getting us an awesome interest rate. I count him as a friend now.
