This loan officer was horrible to work with. Poor communication skills, she refused to cc my co-borrower even after asked to repeatedly so communication was always skewed. She failed to lock in rate after specifically asking her to. Caused our closing to be pushed over and over. Then she authorized a credit pull after she was told NOT to via email and caused credit scores to drop. We lost $3500 and lost the property due to her unprofessional behavior. I firmly do not recommend and she continuously was argumentative and combative via email. This experience with NAF left me wishing I'd never wasted my time.
