    I would give them 0 stars if I could, worst customer service I've ever had!. I'm a contractor I live in Vegas and Missouri, I don't have a driver's license, never had a problem cashing my checks before, and they said they could not accept my I.D. because it wasn't a driver's license, even though I bank with them! I'll be closing my account and never returning, I will never recommend this Branch! They don't care!!!!

    The staff is never friendly at all and persistently ask me if id like to open an account. Id rather pay double the check cashing fee then be asked over and over again why i havent opened an account with these crooks. Its really quite annoying. They're never personable and it always seems like an inconvience or an impostion to deal with them. Theresa is the only one to understand and refrain from asking me. Is it that hard to use a little diligence?

    Update since my disappointed review in 2011. I am STILL upset. Due their lack of hours to respect the customers; I will never bring my personal business to this bank. 1. Why must the banks charge a Monthly Analysis fee? Just for us depositing money into their bank? 2. In 2011 I watched their drive thru light go from green to red and at the second I changed my clock in my car to exactly 17:30 so I know when to get there by. ****Today was the first time that it has happened to me again. A. My clock read 17:29 when I arrived (notice it was still BEFORE 17:30) B. there was a car in FRONT of me. 3. remember, in the past... they at one time were open til 18:00 (branches) and 19:00 in a grocery store for the people who couldn't get to the branches early enough. Someone want to explain this to me?

    Unable to help me recover my online login without physically walking into a branch, like it's 1987. If you were open beyond the hours I'm working, making a living, I might have the time to brave the traffic to go physically to a branch. Get it together - it's 2017. Banking needs a major disruption.

    Failed to meet my banking needs in every way. Staff is completely incompetent, most branches are closed on Saturday and ATM machines are always out of service, especially on the weekends. Absolutely terrible!

    only been in this branch once, it was a bit understaffed but I got some good help with a time consuming bond transaction. manager was nice so that was appreciated.

    This is the Nevada state bank branch that one banker man who so the rudest to customer ,be aware of him ,his name is Todd Ryzdiski , work at 2.49 pm ,mean face , no care of customer , talk like we are his labor ,he would work as a cheap labor at casino instead of being a banker
