    it’s been about 2 weeks and i still cannot get in contact with anyone about my car loan. i don’t have 2 hours to sit on hold, so i give them my call back number. nothing. i email them several times. nothing. starting to think no one actually works at this place.

    I have been a member for nearly 40 years. Service has been on a quickly paced downhill slide the last 10 years. I am currently sitting on a 20 minute hold to set an appointment to set up a member service meeting. They will not accept walk-in meetings or same day appointments at the moment. Every time I need to contact some one at neighbors for service wait times are longer and longer. You cannot just call branches at this time. That was the only way around the wait times at main branch in the past. This was going on much prior to Covid. The representative that answers phones are less and less helpful. There on line banking and apps are not on par with other banks at this time. I would definitely shop around for a credit union and services offered and other choices.

    This credit union is awful, no way to contact them, they do not answer the phones or respond to email and this location is closed. I have funds in a account that I am unable to access due to the poor business practices of this financial institution.

    Really nice your hours aren’t updated online and I just drove an hour and a half here to find out you are now closed on Saturdays. Worst bank out there can’t wait to switch.

    The employees at the Fenton branch are amazing! It’s a bank who cares about their customers. I thought that was a lost quality in a bank, but they proved me wrong! Thank you for always going the extra mile.

    Friendly staff. Was able to get a personal loan and refinance my car in less than an hour. Highly recommend this bank.

    I am pretty happy with this Credit Union. They always make me feel welcome and have given me a couple of Misc loans through out the years and even when my credit wasn't that great they did that for me and got me back on my feet. The staff is very friendly and you get that home town/small town feel and that's nice. Its easy to bank here because they have longer hours than a regular bank and less waiting time for checks to clear. If you need a bank account, go with a credit union they are different than banks. But this is my fav credit union. :)

    Very rude and unprofessional service. I haven't even been with this credit union for 3 days and I'm already considering switching to go elsewhere. You are on hold for a very long time trying to contact them with at the minimum 18 callers ahead of you. Once you finally get answered, it's someone who sounds like they dont want to be at work and is doing you a favor by answering the phone. Also, if you ask for your balance, be warned that they will not give it to you although you have verified the member number, ss #, full name, address, and phone number on the account. If they cannot give it to you as the member, then who can they give it to? Makes absolutely no sense. I cannot access all of my accounts on online banking because they told me that the person who started my account did not link something even though I was there for a total of at least 2 hours to start an account, so you would think that everything would be done and done correctly during such a long time frame. I was warned prior to joining and now I see why there are so many promotions to try to get customers. Think again before joining, starting my search for other banking institutions tomorrow!
