I have been a member of this credit union for about 5 years now. I really wanted to support small local businesses. But this bank is one of the most unprofessional institutions I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have received some crazy, concerning messages from them such as: "we're sorry, we made double deposits" or "our system has had a security breech". When you call or send an email, good luck getting a response from someone because 1.the person answering the phone doesn't know the answers and 2. the person who does have the answers doesn't call you back. I stopped by the bank one day to make a deposit and they were closed when they said they were open. The ATM machine in the building doesn't work most of the time. And the worse thing: it takes 3-4 days for mobile deposits to be available which is ridiculous. At one point, I sent them checks to deposit by Priority mail and they were never open to received the mail! In fairness, it was during COVID but to not be open at anytime to receive mail???? How is that possible? It took me days of me running interference with the post office and the bank just so the mail could be delivered. And now, they charged me a $10 fee for insufficient funds when that was not the case. Because it takes so long for mobile deposits to be made available I transferred money from my saving to my checking on the same day. But yet, they still charged me a fee. I will be closing my accounts ASAP. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. It's unfortunate, but if you do, you will be sorry.

This is a great place. The people are understanding, nice and patient and above all, they saved my credit life by working patiently with me over the past couple of years. Thanks to them and may they continue their work for a very long time to come.
Q
They never pick up the phone when you call.
