I just closed on a new condo a few weeks ago. The developer required buyers to use their approved lender to receive any credits towards closing costs. I started the loan process with the approved lender to be totally dissatisfied and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and communication with this lender and the games played to receive a locked in rate. At this point I refused to move any further and re-started my loan process with Jennifer. She went above and beyond on my last loan 3 years ago and she did the same with this loan. She took charge of the loan process for me and always kept me informed of where we stood so there was never a surprise along the way and at closing.

I don’t just consider Houston my mortgage guy at this point he is an amazing person that goes above and beyond and he is my friend now. You are doing yourself a big disservice if you don’t go to Houston for your mortgage needs.

Wow!! What a great experience I had with working with all the individuals at this mortgage broker. I have closed on mortgage loans over 16 different times in various states. Neighborhood Mortgage exceeded all previous experiences. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most of all very efficient. What I liked most about the experience is they were in constant contact during the very short week long process from loan application to closing. Neighborhood Mortgage was a breeze to work with. We found John through a family friend who had been their loan officer for years, we used John when purchasing our new home in Alpharetta. His team was easy to work with, they were on top of their game and made sure we got the lowest and BEST rate available.
