I've been rebuilding my credit the past 1yr and a half and have an active good standing acct with Navy Army for over 3yrs and everytime I try to apply for debt relief loan or loan in general I keep getting denied due to credit that was over 4yrs old. I work with a loan company myself and I have had people payout with checks from Navy Army and those people currently had past due credit not old credit and they still help out the people but I can't get any help! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BANK.

These people are the most underqualified, unhelpful people at any bank. Their online system is so terrible I have not been able to change my number with them in a year and they lost my title. I can no longer log into my online banking and they seem to be unable to do literally anything. Absolutely incompetent bank. Having paid off a 20k car loan with many many many hassles I just finally want to be done with them and cannot even rid myself of this horribly unprofessional company.

Have been a member since 95.Very happy with bank.Helped me rebuild my credit.Since rebuilding my credit,have been able to finance vehicles,credit consolidation even financed a home.Whenever I needed them they were there.Until today with the new drive thru banking system,I know there will be bugs to work out.Had trouble depositing a check asked for help from associate(can't remember her name),but nothing but attitude.After a long day the last thing anyone needs is someone with attitude.

Horrible service from immature staff member Natalie G. Learn how to read a room. Life isn't a social media experience. When you've upset a customer (or family members of NACU) proper protocol is to not perpetuate your poor customer service skills by feeling compelled to have the last word. Spoke to the Branch manager Monica she seemed like she couldn't care less.

Never ever, let a loved one pass away with accounts at this Credit Union! They will not read the legal court ordered documents correctly and will assume they know what they are doing. After giving you lip service about needing more documentation that they cant explain, the Manager will try to rush you out of the branch so they dont have to deal with you! Worst service imaginable!! My father was a Vietnam Veteran and served his county honorably, this is not the treatment that his family should receive when trying to settle his affairs. Any assets he had are frozen and will now be kept to offset his vehicle that was turned in after his death. This is what greed looks like and it's very ugly...

Debt card "Secure Chips" are compromised and now the drive thru ask for your SSN? Why? I find this Little odd

Updated my online banking account yesterday. Can't get in to my account!!! Every time I try to log in it tells me my security code is invalid. It's the code that was sent to me! Extremely frustrated.

I AM NEW AT USING THE INTERNET COMPUTER. I GOT INTO A WEB THAT OFFERED A FREE SAMPLE OF FACE CREAM $2.95. I PUT MY DEBIT CARD FOR THE $2.95 FACE CREAM. I LOVE ONLINE BANKING SAT. THE 21 I SAW AN OVERDRAFT I WENT AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH IRENE. SHE TOLD ME THEIR WAS A CHARGE OF FACE CREAM $87.50. I ASKED HER TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT. I TOLD HER I HAD A CHECK OUT TO HEB AND I WOULD GET ANOTHER OVERDRAFT AND I LEFT SO DISAPPOINTED. I WENT AND PAWNED A BAND MY MOTHER GAVE ME FOR $100.00. MONDAY I WENT BACK TO THE BANK WITH MY $100.00 AND PRAYED I WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE BANK MANAGER MRS HELEN . HE HEARD MY PRAYERS BECAUSE HELEN WAS THE ONE THAT TOOK CARE OF ME SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. AN ANGEL FOR ME I WANTED TO CRY BECAUSE ITS HARD TO FIND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TODAYS WORLD I RECENTLY RETIRED AFTER 40 YEARS OF WORKFORCE. EVERY PENNY COUNTS IN MY HOUSEHOLD.
